No. We resell mailbox.org accounts, and you can purchase them directly through us. This includes DNS setup and optional migration support. For clients with specific needs, self-managed plans at mailbox.org are also supported.
Yes, but Google Workspace licenses must be purchased by the client directly. We can assist with DNS configuration and domain integration if you prefer to use Google Workspace instead of mailbox.org.
Yes, we offer domain registration and full DNS configuration as a service. You can choose to register a domain with us, or we can work with a domain you already own.
Yes. We support domain transfers and will handle DNS configuration once the transfer is complete. We’ll guide you through the process to avoid service interruption.
If you prefer full control, we can configure your domain to point to external DNS services. However, most clients prefer our fully managed DNS setup, which includes SPF, DKIM, and other essential records.
Yes. All services are invoiced with proper VAT handling based on your registration status and country. For VAT-registered EU businesses, the reverse charge mechanism applies.
All invoices are issued in Euro (EUR), regardless of the client's country. We operate as an EU-based business and use EUR as the standard billing currency for clarity, consistency, and regulatory alignment. Clients in other countries are responsible for any currency conversion on their end.
ittjeneste OÜ is officially registered in Tallinn, Estonia, where we maintain a virtual office for legal and administrative purposes. We do not operate a physical office for client visits. However, clients can reach us easily via email. In-person meetings may be arranged in the Oslo area when needed.
We currently accept payments via Stripe Payment Links (using major credit and debit cards) and direct bank transfers.
Support for cryptocurrency payments is planned in the near future to offer more flexibility for international clients.
