These Terms of Service (“ToS”) govern the use of services provided by ittjeneste OÜ, an Estonian-registered company (registry code: 16675238, VAT: EE102789805). These terms apply exclusively to B2B relationships with clients located in the European Economic Area (EEA) and, selectively, the United Kingdom.
We do not offer services to private individuals or consumers.
ittjeneste OÜ offers modular IT setup services, including:
Business email integration
mailbox.org (resold and supported)
Google Workspace (client-owned license required)
Domain registration and DNS configuration
WordPress hosting and setup (privacy-focused)
Technical support, documentation, and migration services
All services are provided exclusively to legally registered businesses in the EEA or UK. Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of services complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Each project, order, or subscription is subject to a separate agreement or order confirmation. In case of conflict, the specific agreement takes precedence over these general terms.
Prices are listed in EUR, excluding VAT.
Services are billed in advance — monthly, annually, or per project.
Accepted payment methods include Stripe and bank transfer.
Late payments (14+ days) may result in service suspension.
Some services (e.g., mailbox.org, domain registration) rely on third-party providers. If their pricing changes, we reserve the right to adjust our own prices.
We provide 30 days’ notice before any pricing change.
Clients may terminate affected services before new prices apply.
Continued use implies acceptance of the revised prices.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice, unless stated otherwise.
We may also terminate services for non-payment or material breach.
Access ends upon termination unless a separately priced migration/export service is arranged.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, services are provided “as-is.”
We do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted service.
Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid in the past 12 months.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss or business interruption.
When services include integration or resale of third-party products (e.g., mailbox.org), clients agree to comply with those providers’ terms as well.
ittjeneste OÜ acts as an intermediary and technical integrator, not as the manufacturer or primary provider.
We may update these ToS at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with at least 30 days’ notice.
For ongoing services, new terms apply from the next renewal unless otherwise agreed.
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved in the Harju County Court, Estonia.
